Q: I usually shop with you on ebay, but I see pieces here that I like too. How do I combine shipping between the two sites for one order? How do I know my order through this site is secure?
A:Thank you for shopping with us on eBay, and for choosing to shop with us in our Online Shop at JewelCat247.com as well! If you have purchased on eBay, and see something you like here on the website, simply email the JC item# from the bottom of any item description on this site to us, and we can hold that item for you during the eBay Combining Period. Once you are finished shopping on eBay, request a combined invoice from us. We will add your JewelCat247 Website Layaway items to your order, and send you a combined Pay Pal invoice.

When you purchase directly from our website, you are secure! We accept major credit cards, echeck and transfers direct from PayPal balances, and we use Pay Pal as our payment processor. They have data encryption, SSL Technology, and have all of the tools in place to prevent online fraud. JewelCat Designs has chosen them as payment processor at this time, because of the rich safety feature offered via PayPal, and the ease with which transactions can take place, because of their easy-to-use online format. JewelCat Designs is only given the information you provide via PayPal for shipping purposes, and no financial information is shared with us or anyone else; your private information is fully protected!

Q: Why do I need to checkout with PayPal when I purchase from your site? I don't have a PayPal account. Is there another way to buy from you?
A:JewelCat Designs has chosen, as a company, to use Pay Pal as the processor for all credit card, echeck and PayPal direct payments. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH US! You can use Pay Pal checkout, just as you would be able to use any other credit card online merchant processor with any other online store. Our checkout system will conveniently walk you through the process. If you have any questions before or during the purchase process, please let us know ~ always glad to help!

Q: What if an item(s) I want to purchase from your webstore are only in your eBay store?
A:Please contact us with the eBay auction number or the JewelCat247 item number (listed in the eBay auction) and we can convert the listing to a JewelCat Designs website item.

Q: I am getting married in two months and I'm looking for bridesmaids gifts. Do you do wedding jewelry?
A:Absolutely! Event jewelry is a fun part of JewelCat's services. Please contact us with your colors and any particular ideas or style information. Whether it's for a wedding, reception, party favors, anniversary or a business conference ~ we'd love to be a part of your event!

Q: What if I don't see the exact item(s) I would like to purchase?
A:Again, please let us know ~ JewelCat's here to help! Some of our stock isn't even listed on eBay or in our webstore, so we may be able to help you find what you're looking for. And if we don't have it, we may know who does!

Q: I see an item in your Jewel Cat Jewelry Archive that I like ~ can I order that item?
A:Some of them yes, some of them no. A lot of the availability issue is in whether we still have that gemstone in stock. Sometimes a particular gemstone can be acquired ~ but we can give you a price/time estimate on any custom order, including those ideas sparked from our archive!

Q: How are jewel cat items packaged? Is gift wrap available?
A:If a wholesale order, packaging is negotiable, and will be figured or excluded from the special wholesale pricing structure; this includes event jewelry and custom orders. As far as regular purchases from the JewelCat Designs Shop online, items will be sent in a craft box, great for gift-giving. If you want that box wrapped, or specially packaged some other way, please let us know in advance. We have gift wrap services available upon advance request ~ and depending on the request, sometimes with an additional cost.

Q: Your funky jewelry collection would be great for my store... Do you offer any greater discounts for larger orders?
A:We certainly do. The Quantity Discount Pricing program on the website is mainly geared for the personal collector, and for smaller gift shops. If you are working on a larger scale, that opens up a wide range of possibilities for product and pricing. Please contact us for specifics ~ it would be a pleasure form a long-term business relationship with you!
