All of the items JewelCat Designs sells are genuine gemstone and precious metal, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

ITEM REPRESENTATION
You can be confident that photos are of the exact item you are purchasing, not a look-alike. If there is more than one of an item, and the picture on our site represents the whole lot of that inventory item, that information will be clearly disclosed in the item description. You can purchase from JewelCat with confidence!

All JewelCat Designs online/webstore payments are processed using Pay Pal.

Pay Pal is widely recognized in the U.S. (well-known for its affiliation with eBay) and is becoming the world's most recognized online banking institution. We use Pay Pal for our JewelCat247 sales on eBay, as well as our JewelCat Designs Shop online because it is secure, and it is the most flexible payment solution at this time. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to check out on our website. Instructions will guide you through the payment process, step-by-step, easily and securely. SHIPPING
JewelCat Designs has a "Combined Shipping" policy which can save you money! The shipping prices that follow are per order. This means that if you order one item and select USPS, the price for shipping is $3.00. If you purchase a greater number of items within the same order, the price for USPS shipping for the entire order is still only $3.00!

Basically the more items you buy at once, the more money you can save on shipping!

MERCHANDISE RETURNS/REFUND
Customer satisfaction is so important. If you receive an item that is defective/broken, you may return it for a refund if JewelCat Designs is notified within 5 business days of receiving the item (confirmed via Delivery Tracking). Evidence of wear would nullify this refund offer. The actual amount paid for an item (the discounted item price, in case of Quantity Discount Pricing or Custom Order Discounts) will be the amount refunded upon the item's return in original condition.

In the case of a return, the item would need to be unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging.

EBay items are eligible for return within three days of receipt. An item with defect is eligible for a full refund, purchase price and shipping. Returns for any reason other than defect within the Return Policy period must be by pre-approval and are at the discretion of jewelcat247. Also in the case of returns for reason other than defect, a 20% re-stocking fee may be assessed, and shipping is non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY:
For online purchases some personal information is required in order to complete the transaction. No personal information provided to JewelCat247 / JewelCat Designs will be shared, sold or distributed to parties not required in said transaction.

Because Pay Pal is used for online payment processing, JewelCat Designs does not have any access to your Pay Pal Account/credit card information. Pay Pal handles all of that securely, and your financial information stays private. This has been a major benefit to many of our customers, as it protects you, the buyer ~ and us, the seller; everybody wins!

JewelCat Designs does NOT distribute or sell customer/client lists to outside individuals/organizations, and we have gone through measures to protect your privacy. Please rest assured that we will jealously guard your information as we would our own.

JewelCat Designs is not in the business of selling gemstone, bead, or jewelry items that defy the ideals of fair trade. This means that we don't support vendors who practice child "slave" labor, and poor treatment of artisans who craft their jewelry at wages that don't even allow them to survive.
